Amazon Underground

Amazon Underground is Amazon Appstore’s new official app. Just like the last version, it lets you download thousands of Android apps. Plus, it helps you find deals and apps that are free for a limited time.The app’s design is alright; it’s not ugly, but it’s not all that great to look at either. The drop-down menu on the left side gives you quick access to all of Amazon’s sections. However, this seems counterproductive since there are so many sections, it’s almost distracting. In addition to Amazon Underground’s apps, you can also find washing machines, books, televisions, video game consoles, etc.

Camera – To enable Scan It features. It enables users to scan a barcode or point the camera at the product they want.
Microphone – To enable Google Voice Assistant and Voice Search features. When not in use, the microphone is turned off.
Location – To enable delivery service in a convenience store by Amazon in Japan and France only.
Storage – To download third-party apps at device storage from Amazon Underground App.
Phone status – To enable notifications in China.
