All of you who complain that this app won’t open – it is a Live Wallpaper, not a regular app/game that opens when you click an icon.
To use, longpress your phone screen, select ‘Wallpaper…/Live Wallpaper…/Led Scroller LivePaper’
Configurable text, colors, contrast and LED bulb size.
