This is a very productive App and booking engine for MarkMyDiary to help you manage your Client and Business Appointments, Customer Contacts and Billing. The Appointment Calendar gives you a graphical summary of your free/busy time slot so that you can schedule your engagements accordingly. Personalized and automated SMS Reminders and SMS Alerts make it very interactive. This App can also double up as a mini CRM which assists you to communicate with your clients over Email and SMS. Bulk SMS and Email Templates can be created and used to send out Appointment Reminders, automatically schedule SMS, make new Announcements, send thank you notes etc.
With team share option, you can share the appointments with your team members in real time. Online Calendar publishing option allows your clients to view your published schedule and book their appointments directly. Clients can also provide their feedback post their appointment. Clients can make bookings via the internet or web, via your website in which you can publish your personalized MarkMyDiary badge, via facebook, apart from very user friendly MarkMyDiary App on iPhone and Android. Clients will also be able to reschedule and cancel appointments and last minute cancellations are drastically reduced.

Ready Reports are available to track your top clients including viewing the entire appointment history of your clients. Detailed report for given date range can be exported from the system via your inbuilt email to help you compile your client data. This app can be used for booking appointments by doctors, lawyers, property and real estate brokers, consultants, car service stations, machinery repair and servicing, industrial suppliers, engineering works, heavy equipment repair maintenance, salesman, spa and salon owners, personal trainers, coaches, physiotherapists, restaurant table booking or any other small and medium business owners for that matter. All these are done with simple interfaces and with your mobile device and no complicated web logins with training are required. Lot for features are available for free uses however following in-app payments are available:
1. For Premium users, the advertisements are removed, Google calendar sync is enabled, repeat appointment feature is enabled, default MarkMyDiary SMS footer is removed apart from many other small features.
2. Publish your calendar online is available for Premium users and first 100 Appointments are Free and after the first 100 appointments there will be nominal US $ 25/Annum.
3. For Team Share the charges are US$30/Annum for (one member) and US$ 60/Annum (for 5 members) . There is one week of free Trial. iPhone Team member option will be available by April 2015.
