FUTO Keyboard is a modern Android keyboard built to work fully offline, so it doesn't send your typing data anywhere. It's a fork of Google's open-source LatinIME keyboard with significant changes, maintained by FUTO.

Before you start: FUTO Keyboard is not an active input method until you enable it yourself. After installing, go to Android Settings, open Languages and input (or similar), add FUTO Keyboard as an input method, and switch to it from your keyboard switcher.

Why isn’t FUTO Keyboard on Google Play?
This keyboard is published by its developers on GitHub and distributed from the FUTO Keyboard website rather than through Google Play.
Is FUTO Keyboard safe?
The source code is open and mirrored from FUTO's internal GitLab to GitHub, though it's released under the custom FUTO Source First License 1.1 rather than a standard open-source license. FUTO publishes the official APK signing key fingerprints (MD5, SHA1, SHA-256) so you can verify a downloaded APK matches their release. As a keyboard app, it will ask for permissions to function as your input method, so only install it from the official site or GitHub release. FUTO Keyboard comes straight from its developer rather than through Google Play, so it hasn’t gone through Google’s app review. As with any app, check the permissions it asks for and install it if you’re comfortable with them.
How to install
