I sent an email to developer for help, some time back. I have still not gotten a reply. Also when my phone crashed and I had to start over I re downloaded this app… I like using it. it is easy to use and convenient. when I downloaded it the app had a window that was talking about being able to recover my photos however I have never figured out how… apparently I am not the only one. Please help
Dis app is rubbish. I had all my photos of my son and family stored on the keepsafe app. I set a pin on it so no one could get in to delete them. One day i went to open the keep safe app and found all my pics n vids were gone. I need help plz
Hi Guys.
Great app, but thought Id give you some operation issues. When running on my Galaxy s4, all runs perfect. But on my Galaxy Tab 2, there are a couple of issues. You cant add new folders etc that I can on the phone, and lately the latest images added appear for about 1 second when taped on then you can not see them on the full screen, but they are still there in the thumbnails overview.

How do I recover my pics from this app? I got a new phone and my app says I have to start over. And I couldn’t change email accounts when I was hacked
Was this issue ever resolved? I cracked my phone but all my original pictures that I hid were on my SD card. I am trying to see if I can do a recorvery from the SD card but it seems like Hide It deletes the picture from the SD card and puts it on the phone then Hide’s. How can I recover my pictures? I have no access to the phone because it is beyond repair. Thank you

I can see that many people faced the same problem like me i.e how to retrieve the photos if phone got damaged or something like that..to retrive
1.you can find your files in your old phone’s memory card if you search with this keyword..(*.hid)
2.but you cant open the files in that format.so download the same app which is used to hide pics in your previous phone in your new phone.
3.then connect your phone to your computer..Goto that app folder in your memory card then copy and paste the files you found when searching with the keyword(*.hid) to the main folder of the app.(i.e keepsafe–>main folder)
4.Remove your phone from computer and now open the app you can see all the files hidden after giving a new password.
